Sign up for four full days of sharing, designing, and relaxing on a beautiful campus with no cooking or cleaning to interrupt your creative flow. Members of the Tampa Bay Surface Design Guild will be joining us AGAIN! Our minimum is 25 registrants. Plan today!

RETREAT FEE: $565 all-inclusive; covers double-occupancy room, meals, workshops & materials
SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENTAL FEE: $218
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Accommodation in a comfortable hotel-like setting. All rooms have two beds and include bedding and towels. Our lodging accommodations are walking distance to the Majesty Hall and dining room. Our meal plan features two meals: breakfast at 9:30 am and an early dinner at 4 pm. We will set up a table in our workspace for any snacks you would like to bring and share. The workspace will remain open into the evening (last one out locks up).
RETREAT WORKSHOPS
Jim Wells will teach surface design with paints. Lisa Gorski will teach Shibori and dyeing ice. These workshops, including materials, are included in the retreat fee. The only workshop item you will need to bring with you is an X-acto knife or similar small cutter.
JOINING US
Friends and guests of AQU members are welcome to attend. Members of the Tampa Bay Surface Design Guild will also be joining us.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
You may pay the $565 all-inclusive retreat fee in a lump sum or in two installments: $325 and $240. You may name your roommate on your registration form (below) or let us choose for you. To register for a single room, a $218 supplemental fee is due in addition to the all-inclusive fee.
A completed registration form and payment of a first installment are due by January 10, 2026. All registrations and final payments are due by February 14, 2026. AQU cannot accept cancellations or refunds after February 23, 2026. If you registered and paid and find you are unable to attend, you are free to find a person to take your place.

Down payments to be made on or before Jan. 10, 2026. Final payment on or before Feb. 14, 2026
Complete the form at right and click the red button to send. Use the Message area to indicate any DIETARY FOOD NEEDS. If you do not name a roommate for a Double Occupancy signup, we will choose a roommate for you. Final payment is due FEBURARY 14, 2026. If the final payment is not received by this date, you will lose 3.4% of your first payment and must make up this difference to cover our SQUARE percentage fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
NO REFUNDS AFTER FEBRUARY 23 2026
If you are unable to attend, it will be your responsibility to find a replacement or you will relinquish your payment. Please discuss your situation with a Retreat Representative.
