NO PRIVATE ROOMS! Our contract is only for Shared Rooms!
IF YOU NEED A SINGLE you need to Contact Lisa Gorski: write in the registration form your purpose for a single room. We have limited rooms available per our contract. If we don't fill our contract then we can work on availability for a single occupant with a cost difference. We will have an idea for availability of a single room after Feb. 15th, 2025.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: Breakfast and dinner. No one has control over the meals!! We will have specific time slots for our meals 9:30am and 4 pm. All rooms have two beds set similar to a hotel. Includes bedding, and towels for showers. Our lodging accommodations are walking distance to the multipurpose workspace and dining room. The workspace will remain open into the evening (last one out locks up). We will have a table set up for any snacks you would like to bring and share.
JOINING US: AQU welcomes the Tampa Bay Surface Design Group again this year. We had a great time last year!! We will all enjoy pop-up demos from both groups and a design challenge (MAKE A HAT)! Bring your challenge in a sealed and closed bag. At check in with one of our officers you will get marked in for when the reveal and judging day will be.
HOW TO REGISTER: Complete the Retreat Contact form below if you have any special restrictions with food, needing a single room and why and click to submit. Use the payment buttons to make your partial or full payment online. Registration and final payment are due by January 16, 2025. NO REFUND after Feb. 15, 2025 you will be responsible to find a replacement.
TEACHER- Susan Lenz from NC will join us and teach her "HOT FIX" 2-day class. The class fee is included in your payment. Susan will bring all of her supplies with her, so no need for you to bring extra supplies for this special class. She will be doing our Judging for our Challenge!

If you do not name a roommate for a Double Occupancy signup, we will choose a roommate for you. Final payment is due JANUARY 16, 2025. If the final payment is not received by this date, you will lose 3.4% of your first payment and must make up this difference to cover our SQUARE percentage fee.

NO REFUNDS AFTER FEBRUARY 15
If you are unable to attend, it will be your responsibility to find a replacement or you will relinquish your payment. Please discuss your situation with a Retreat Representative.
