Kevan’s Story

I was always an observer and maker. My refuge in school was the art room. It was a place where all the groups and cliques mingled. I thought it was sad that outside those walls it was different. I’m from Ohio. I was a fashion designer in New York City, then a mom, then an exhibiting artist. My work traveled the world with an art quilt group called Fiber Revolution. I was a member for about fifteen years. I am a juried member of Studio Art Quilters Associates and Surface Design Association. I do not currently exhibit. Covid and other life transitions dampened my creativity. I am currently under construction. It is lovely to share with talented, inquisitive new friends.
