Learn how layering small bits of fabric can create an artful composition. Supply list: Fabric scraps in landscape colors: sky, trees, leaves, flowers (batiks and prints work well); 8” x 8” backing fabric; 8” x 8” batting; rotary cutter, cutting mat, and ruler; scissors; tweezers; long pins; baggies.

Small “canvases” let us fiber artists experiment with motifs, color, and thread choice. Get inspired! Supply list: Three 4 1/2" x 6 1/2"pieces of contrasting fabric, scissors with a sharp tip (small is better), iron and wool ironing pad. Note: Two ironing stations will be set up for use by all, but we would welcome a few more.
